Product Detail:
This clamp is made in China and is manufactured with standard
thickness. The material thickness is 1.0mm below 300mm The surface
is blue white environmental zinc layer. 1.2mm is usually used for
material thickness above 300mm. The size and logo can be customized
according to customer requirements.
For better sealing effect, engineers design grooves and integral
sealing rings around clamps. This design can better seal the two
pipes.
The material standard of internal seal ring is TPE-E, which can be
used in an environment below 100 ℃. Silicone gasket material can be
selected if it is used for high temperature. Silicone gasket is
usually used in the working environment below 180 ℃.
Usage:
Butt the two pipes with flanging together, and fix the groove of
the clamp on the flange end of the pipe connection. Fix it and
fasten it.
The clamp is simple in use and convenient for installation and
assembly.
